Shortly before Christmas deputies were dispatched to Kimberly Road in LaFollette due to an altercation involving a woman and her daughter. According to the report a dispute over use of a car between Jackie Henry and her daughter Brandy Weaver turned from a verbal into a physical confrontation.
Henry claimed that Weaver was borrowing the car to travel to and from work. Henry also claimed that prior to the argument that Weaver had not returned home when she was supposed to. When Weaver returned Henry demanded the keys and told her she had until January 1st to move out. Henry then went to smoke in the garage and Weaver followed. This is when the argument began. Henry claimed Weaver grabbed her by the hair and threw her on the concrete floor. Henry stated that Weaver then struck her multiple times with pieces of wooden trim. Weaver fled when Henry’s grandson, Brandon Ray enter the area where the assault was reportedly taking place. Henry stated that she didn’t know what would have happened had Ray not arrived in the garage when he did.
Weaver eventually turned herself in at the Campbell County Jail where she was charged with Aggravated Assault By Domestic Violence.
