Mrs. Betty L. Lindsay age 82 of LaFollette passed away Tuesday, October 4, 2011 at Tennova LaFollette Health and Rehab Center. She was a member of Indiana Avenue Baptist Church. Preceded in death by husband, Franklin A. Lindsay, mother, Mary Irwin, father, Charles Heatherly, sister and brother-in-law, Azilea and Shirley Cordell, and brother-in-law, Paul Webb.
Survivors: Daughters, Rebecca Pitner and husband Harold, of Seymour, TN, Daughter, Linda Carson and husband Steve, of LaFollette; Grandchildren, Amy Murrell and husband Eric, of Apison, TN, Anna Robinette and husband John, of Seymour, TN, Kevin Wright, and wife Anya, of LaFollette, and Kasey McGhee and husband Jonathan, of Woodbury, TN; Great Grandchildren, Jessica and Nathan Murrell, Jake and Claire Robinette, Ben McGhee, and Brody Wright; Sisters, Lois Carroll and husband Fred, of LaFollette, and Levona Webb of Rockford, TN; Sister-in-law, Irene Lindsay of LaFollette. Several, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services Thursday 5 P.M. at Walters Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Corey Carroll and Rev. Mark Partin officiating. Interment to follow at Bakers Forge Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 3 to 5 P.M. Thursday before services at Walters Funeral Home.
