Racers before 5K as EL Morton declares October Domestic Violence Awareness month in Campbell County.

Runners gathered Saturday morning as Community Health of East Tennessee hosted the Donna Kitts 5K as part of Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Prerace County Mayor E.L.Morton read a proclamation to the gathered crowd which included Johnna Kitts, daughter of the late Donna Kitts.

This event, held October 27 at Cove Lake State Park in Caryville, TN, benefited the Community Health of East Tennessee Family Services Center. To learn more about Community Health of East Tennessee and their services, visit chetn.org.
