Cougar Golf picked up an impressive win on the links at Knoxville’s Three Ridges Golf Course early this week. The battled Clinton and First Baptist Academy in a three way match up.

The Cougars shot 164 on the day. Clinton shot a 210 and FBA shot a 224. The 60 stroke difference between the Cougars and FBA was one of the widest margins of victory in program history.

Jack Leach shot a 40 to lead the Cougars. David Bates and Trevor Sharp each shot 41. Dom Zupanic and Garrett Medley were not far behind at 42.

The Lady Cougars also looked sharp on the day. The defeated the Lady Dragons 90-101. FBA did not field a girls team.

Masynn Galyon shot 44 to lead the Lady Cougars. Sadie Cox shot a 46 and Molly Fields shot 51 to round put the day.
