Though elementary school basketball has been over for months many of the players have been honing their skills in the AAU. Gavin Cox is one such player. Ge recently completed his season with the Tennessee Fury and got to play with the Bobby Maze Elite team out of Knoxville.

The B. MAZE ELITE AAU Basketball Club (non-profit 501(c)(3) organization) out of Knoxville, Tennessee is the premier AAU program in East Tennessee. The program was founded in October 2015 by former Tennessee Volunteer, professional athlete, and philanthropist Bobby Maze in a concerted effort to give back to the community by offering talented young men an opportunity to compete on a larger scale and be recruited by college coaches.

Maze was a standout basketball player for the University of Tennessee and played international ball following his career at UT.

While playing for the B. Maze Elite Gox played in a pair of tournaments. On June 2nd & 3rd they competed and won the Atlanta Invitational. This past weekend they beat some great teams but fell short to an impressive team out of Chattanooga, WGB.
