On March 15, 2021 Campbell Criminal Court Judge E. Shayne Sexton found the following individual in violation of their supervised release and remanded them to Tennessee Department of Corrections (TDOC) custody:

Myra Cheleste Hubbard, of Jacksboro, had previously plead guilty to Tampering with Evidence and Simple Possession of Sch. III, and was required to serve 30 days prior to being placed on TDOC supervision for 3 years. She was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve her 3 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Martha Wiley, of LaFollette, had previously plead guilty to Simple Possession of Sch. II and Introduction of Contraband into a Penal Facility, and was required to serve 30 days prior to being placed on TDOC supervision for 2 years. She was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve her 2 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Naomi Rain Fraley, of LaFollette, had previously plead guilty to Aggravated Burglary and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and was required to serve 25 days prior to being placed on TDOC supervision for 4 years. She was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve her 4 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Tracy Lynn Young, of LaFollette, had previously plead guilty to Attempted Theft over $10,000, and was required to serve 10 days prior to being placed on TDOC supervision for 2 years. She was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve her 2 year sentence in TDOC custody.

The above violators were prosecuted by the Office of District Attorney General Jared Effler.
