Tuesday evening a Jellico Police responded to a hit and run. He called it in and shortly thereafter Kentucky State Police made a stop around Williamsburg’s Exit 15.
Commercial Vehicle Enforcement stopped the roll back style tow truck that was described as towing a vehicle that was over its capacity. John Hollen, 64 of Bear Branch, Kentucky, was the driving. When officers searched the driver and vehicle they reportedly found a forged CDL physical card and multiple controlled sunstances.
Holden was taken into custody and transported to the Whitley County Detention Center. He faces a variety of charges including forgery,DUI, and possession of a controlled substance.
