Knox County has issued an arrest warrant for Kenneth Bartley. The now 26 year old Bartley was set for an arraignment hearing in Knox County Fourth Sessions Court on Wednesday. He was being arraigned on charges of misdemeanor criminal trespassing. Judge Patricia Hall Long issued a capias/bench warrant on Bartley since he failed to appear.
Bartley was being arraigned on a Nov. 27, 2017 incident during which Bartley allegedly broke into the Salvation Army’s Knoxville offices after hours. According to court records Bartley’s attorney, Gregory P. Issacs, stated that he had spoken to Bartley via phone that morning but had no explanation to give on Bartley’s failure to appear.
According to court records Issacs stated that he believed Bartley was in Nashville.
