Cory Scott Hinkle, 25 of Duff, is no stranger to the Campbell County Jail as he had been booked there on ten occasions. He got his 11th booking recently as he was arrested after Deputy Dakota Williams noticed him driving without a license plate on his vehicle.
Williams initiated a traffic stop and found Hinkle sitting in the driver’s seat. According to the report Hinkle asked Williams to cut him a break as he did not have a drivers license and that he lost them a couple of years ago. Williams asked for the insurance information and vehicle registration from Hinkle. Information that Hinkle was unable to provide.
Williams place Hinkle into custody and transported him to the Campbell County Jail. Hinkle was booked in on charges of driving while revoked and violation of the Tennessee Financial Law.
