At 7:30 am Thursday morning LaFollette Police Department’s Narcotics Unit and Special Response Team served a search warrant on unit 21 in Crown Point Apartments. The search warrant was in response to illegal drug transactions that were taking place at that residence. Officers recovered Schedule II meth, Schedule III subozone and marijuana, along with drug paraphernalia. DCS was also called to the scene and removed an 11 month old child from that residence. Arrested was Auberne Sparks, the child’s mother along with Josh Wagers, James Chambers and Amber Muse Market. Sparks and Wagers are facing schedule II, III and VI drugs for resale charges Chambers is being charged with schedule II and III, drugs for resale and felony possession of drug paraphernalia. Muse charged with criminal impersonation and felony possession of drug paraphernalia charges. Additional charges are likely.
