Campbell Criminal Court Judge E. Shayne Sexton found the following individuals in violation of their supervised release and remanded them to Tennessee Department of Corrections custody:

Belinda L. Green, of Caryville, had previously pled guilty to one count of Promotion of Manufacture of Methamphetamine, Felony Drug Possession, and Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance with the Intent to Resale, and received a suspended sentence of 12 year supervised by TDOC. She was found guilty of violating the terms of her release and was sentenced to serve her 12 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Nicole Kathleen McKight, of La Follette, had previously pled guilty to Theft of Property over $1000, and received a suspended sentence of 2 years supervised by TDOC. She was found guilty of violating the terms of her release and was sentenced to serve her 2 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Wanda Louise Madison, of La Follette, had previously pled guilty to Aggravated Burglary, five counts of Theft over $1000, and five counts of Fraudulent Use of a Debit Card, and received a suspended sentence of 4 years supervised by TDOC. She was found guilty of violating the terms of her release and was sentenced to serve her 4 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Terry Muncey, of La Follette, had previously pled guilty to Promotion of Manufacture of Methamphetamine, and received a suspended sentence of 2 years supervised by TDOC. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 2 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Travis Parks, of La Follette, had previously pled guilty to two counts of Theft over $1000, and received a suspended sentence of 4 years supervised by TDOC. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 4 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Jason Pierce, of La Follette, had previously pled guilty to Theft over $500, and received a suspended sentence of 4 years supervised by TDOC. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 4 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Mallory Roberson, of La Follette, had previously pled guilty to seven counts of Aggravated Burglary, and received a suspended sentence of 12 years supervised by TDOC. She was found guilty of violating the terms of her release and was sentenced to serve her 12 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Travis Dewayne Smith, of La Follette, had previously pled guilty to Aggravated Assault, and received a suspended sentence of 4 years supervised by TDOC. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 4 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Angela Truitt, of La Follette, had previously pled guilty to Sale of a Schedule VI Controlled Substance, and received a suspended sentence of 4 years supervised by TDOC. She was found guilty of violating the terms of her release and was sentenced to serve her 4 year sentence in TDOC custody.
