On June 1st and 2nd, 2020 Campbell Criminal Court Judge E. Shayne Sexton found the following individual in violation of their supervised release and remanded them to Tennessee Department of Corrections (TDOC) custody:
Casey Dewayne Bledsoe, of LaFollette, had previously plead guilty to Aggravated Burglary, and was required to serve 9 days prior to being placed on TDOC supervision for 10 years. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 10 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Travis Spencer Green, of LaFollette, had previously plead guilty to two counts of theft of property, Resisting Arrest and Possession of Sch. IV Controlled Substance, and was required to serve 54 days prior to being placed on TDOC supervision for 2 years. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 2 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Gregory Scott Adkins, of Rocky Top, had previously plead guilty to DUI and Attempted Possession of Sch. II Controlled Substance with the Intent to Sell/Deliver, and was required to serve 90 days prior to being placed on TDOC supervision for 4 years. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 4 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Michelle Lynn Huff, of Jacksboro, had previously plead guilty to violation of order of protection, burglary and vandalism, and was placed on TDOC supervision for 3 years. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 3 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Joshua W. Marburger, of Knoxville, had previously plead guilty to Aggravated Burglary, Burglary, and theft, and was required to serve 182 days prior to being placed on TDOC supervision for 7 years. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 7 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Leonard Massengail, of Rocky Top, had previously plead guilty to Possession of Sch. II Controlled Substance with the Intent to Sell/Deliver, and was required to serve 90 days prior to being placed on TDOC supervision for 4 years. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 4 year sentence in TDOC custody.
Chad Vann Robbins, of Jacksboro, had previously plead guilty Attempted Possession of Sch. II Controlled Substance with the Intent to Sell/Deliver, and was required to serve 60 days prior to being placed on TDOC supervision for 4 years. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 4 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Tammy Pennington, of LaFollette, had previously plead guilty to Resisting Arrest, Criminal Impersonation and Possession of Sch. II Controlled Substance with the Intent to Sell/Deliver, and was required to serve 30 days prior to being placed on TDOC supervision for 3 years. She was found guilty of violating the terms of her release and was sentenced to serve her 3 year sentence in TDOC custody.

The above violators were prosecuted by the Office of District Attorney General Jared Effler.
