On Nov. 13 Eighth Judicial Criminal Court Judge Shayne Sexton found the following individuals in violation of their supervised release and remanded them to Tennessee Department of Corrections (TDOC) custody.

Brandon Bowlin, Powell, had previously pled guilty to aggravated burglary, and received a suspended sentence of four years supervised by TDOC. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his four year sentence in TDOC custody.

Dana M. Cupp, Newcomb, had previously pled guilty to possession of a schedule II controlled substance with the intent to resale, and received a suspended sentence of three years supervised by TDOC. She was found guilty of violating the terms of her release and was sentenced to serve her three year sentence in TDOC custody.

Justin Scott Bowlin, Jacksboro, had previously pled guilty to aggravated burglary, and received a suspended sentence of three years supervised by TDOC. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his three year sentence in TDOC custody.

Monica Denise Hughes, Caryville, had previously pled guilty to sale of a schedule II controlled substance, and received a suspended sentence of five years supervised by TDOC. She was found guilty of violating the terms of her release and was sentenced to serve her five year sentence in TDOC custody.

Mark Ivey, LaFollettte, had previously pled guilty to evading arrest, and received a suspended sentence of two years supervised by TDOC. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his two year sentence in TDOC custody.

Daniel Zack Perry, LaFollette, had previously pled guilty to theft over $10,000, and received a suspended sentence of six years supervised by TDOC. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his six year sentence in TDOC custody.

Travis Robertson, LaFollettte, had previously pled guilty to two counts of promotion of the manufacture of Methamphetamine, and received a suspended sentence of five years supervised by TDOC. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his five year sentence in TDOC custody.

Jackie Williamson, Knoxville, had previously pled guilty to promotion of the manufacture of Methamphetamine, and received a suspended sentence of two years supervised by TDOC. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his two year sentence in TDOC custody.

Austin Shears, Rocky Top, had previously pled guilty to possession of a schedule II controlled substance with the intent to resale, and received a suspended sentence of five years supervised by TDOC. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his five year sentence in TDOC custody.

Christy Wilson, LaFollette, had previously pled guilty to evading arrest and two counts of forgery, and received a suspended sentence of two years supervised by TDOC. She was found guilty of violating the terms of her release and was sentenced to serve her two year sentence in TDOC custody.
