Randy Bell

Randy Bell, age 48 of LaFollette, passed away on Wednesday, March 31, 2021. He was born to the late Harold Bell and Edith Earlene (Archer) Bell on July 5, 1972. He enjoyed doing mechanical work, music, staying busy, and his dog Boogie. He was employed by Shot Crete Contractors.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother Danny Bell; sisters Joyce Powers, Sherry Jones, and Terry Renee Chrisman.

He is survived by his daughter Anesha Bell of Jacksboro; brothers Timmy Bell of Caryville, and Zach Reynolds of Jacksboro; special friends Sonya Bell and Robin Rowe of LaFollette; brother David Lavonne Bell of LaFollette; grandson Layne Bryant Taylor; and a host of several nieces, nephews, and friends.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM -12:00 PM on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 in the Chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home with graveside to follow the visitation at 12:30 PM at Peabody Cemetery.

Greg Mattie, age 62, LaFollette passed away on Thursday April 1st 2021. He was a member of The First Presbyterian Church LaFollette. Alice J. Ivey

Alice J. Ivey, age 72, of Jacksboro passed away on Thursday April 1st, 2021 while being surrounded with love by her family.

She was a member of LaFollette Church of God. She is preceded in death by her ex-spouse and friend Arthur Ivey, parents Buddy and Kathryn Polson Paul and grandparents Bud and Martha Paul and Columbus and Alice Polson.

Family will receive friends 4-6 PM Thursday April 8 at the LaFollette Church of God with the funeral service to follow at 6 PM at the church. Interment 2 PM Friday April 9 Woodlawn Cemetery with Pastor Michael Dent officiating.

Tonya E. Evans age 60 of LaFollette passed away Thursday, March 18,2021. She was a longtime resident of LaFollette Health and RehabilitationCenter, had a great love for her family, and riding motorcycles. Preceded in death by Parents, Allen and AlmaDake Gardinier, and Brother, Glenn Gardinier.

James Howard Brown

James Howard Brown, age 72 of Speedwell, departed this life on Thursday, March 18, 2021. He was born on September 22, 1948 to the late Chester Brown and Viola “Thomas” Brown. He was a loving husband of 32 years, father, and grandfather. James enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandson. He also enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening, mowing the yard, and anything to do with being outdoors.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers Walt and Charles Brown; sisters Annie Lou Brown, Bernice Moore, Mildred Brown, and Ruthie Paul.

He is survived by his loving wife Gladys Brown of Speedwell; daughters Belinda McCullah and husband Terry of LaFollette and Jamie Cox and fiancé Tim Jones of LaFollette; brother Chester Brown of LaFollette; sister Jerrie Johnson; 3 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
